Gridiron Club Meeting Minutes

Sept. 28th 2009

­­­­­Attendance­­­­:  Sylvia and  Art  Esparza, Janay Packard, Will and Susan Hedrick, Ann Dolinar, Kelly and Mark Desimone, Gloria and David Cotter, DeeDee  Harrison, Adrienne and Gregg Buckle, Kevin Oliver, Debbie Katz and Gloria Johnson.

Call to order:  Meeting was called to order by Susan Hedrick at 7:12

Motion approved for the minutes:  Will Hedrick and 2^nd Kelly Desimone

Treasury Report was read by Mark Desimone.   

Sports Chalet- last big payment.. We are paid up to this point.

Mark turned in a budget to the Posse.

Motion approved for the treasury report:  Sylvia Esparza and 2^nd Debbie Katz

Old Business:

Freshman parents, Thank you for feeding the freshman players. Parents donated Gatorade for the game.

Cling on stickers- Last chance at the Centennial game.

New Business:

B-B-Q for JV and Varsity starts at 4:45

October 30^th (homecoming game)

November 6^th Father / Son breakfast
