HAVE TO

WANT TO

GET TO

For Mustang Football Players, there is never a time when you HAVE TO do something. We prefer that you WANT TO do the things that will make us better. If you WANT TO you GET TO, but you never HAVE TO. The only thing you HAVE TO do is WANT TO.

Confused? Here are some examples?

QUESTION:“Coach, do I HAVE TO go to practice every day?”

ANSWER #1: No, you GET TO practice every day because you WANT TO get better.

ANSWER #2: Do I, as a coach, HAVE TO let you play in the next game?

QUESTION: “Do I have to lift weights and do all the training all year long?”

ANSWER: No, you GET TO train year-round because you WANT TO improve.

You HAVE TO WANT TO in order to GET TO
